“The United States Role in the World
and Implications for U.S.-China Relations”
Today, there is both uncertainty and disagreement among American policy makers about the role of the United States in world affairs. While there is wide agreement that China, as a great emerging power, broadly challenges the United States, there is considerable disagreement over the U.S. strategy toward China. Mr. Fearon-Hernandez brings the thinking of a market strategist to these fundamentals of foreign policy.
In his development of investment strategies, Mr. Fearon-Hernandez routinely analyzes global economic and geopolitical developments, including security issues; and he builds upon his early career experience at NATO and the Central Intelligence Agency. Mr. Fearon-Hernandez earned his BA degree from the University of Notre Dame, holds a Master of Business degree from Arizona State University and a Master of Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
It is a great pleasure to welcome Mr. Fearon-Hernandez to the Council.
