Council speakers are timely, interesting and authoritative.  The sixteen program year will cover the major regions of the world, the great powers, the critical issues of the day, and zeros in on the most pressing matters.

 

Past speakers have included Vice Presidents, Secretaries of State, Defense, and the armed services, the Director of the National Security Agency, Chairmen of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and senior military officers, congressmen, journalists, scholars, and ambassadors from over sixty nations.
